This week saw the celebration of National Poetry Day. Year 6 took part in an official World Record attempt to have the largest live poetry lesson – over 60,000 children took part.

Next week, we will be focusing on non-fiction writing, mathematical concepts such as prime factors, as well as looking at the physiological impacts of drugs on the body in STEM.
We will also have an exciting visit from Mike Mullen, BMX champion – please ensure you have filled in all permissions for this.
