We have had a great week back in Year 6 after an amazing residential to Snowdonia!
This week we have had 2 days full of school show rehearsals – getting closer and closer to show day in July!
In Maths, we have started a new project on Tours, with each lesson focusing on a different area of mathematics. Some of these have been analysing climate graphs and practicing conversions.
In English, we have continued our Dystopian stories. Some of us are writing, some revising and editing and some publishing. We are excited to read these!
In Art, we have been creating artwork all around indigenous flowers to the UK and painting these on used plastic as part of a whole school sustainable art project. We are looking forward to seeing the final piece come together.
Next Week is a busy week:
- Monday to Thursday – Bikeability.
- Thursday – Antares and Sirius have Skateboarding.
- All classes will have forest school so please ensure they have appropriate clothing for this.
