We have had a lovely week back and have been incredibly impressed with the children’s dedication to their learning. We have been spotting the school values everywhere! In English, we have been looking at poetry. In Maths, we have been recapping perimeter and area. We have also launched our new topic: Biomes. The knowledge map for our new topic can be found here: Y4 Sp2 Biomes Knowledge Map
This term we are lucky to have a specialist cricket coach teaching us. The children had there first lesson this week and it was great to see them applying the skills we have previously been learning.
Please find the maths learning from this week here: Maths Week 1 Area and Perimeter

Just a friendly reminder that all children need to have a full PE kit in school, we teach PE outside so please ensure that PE kits include warmer clothing if needed. Currently, all Year 4 classes have PE on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
