What a lovely end of our first half term!
In English, we have finally published our spooky stories and shared them to spook our friends! The stories were amazing and had so many interesting elements, from brave protagonists to terrifying monsters.
In Maths, we consolidated our learning from the half term, during which the children have showcased their new knowledge in number lines, place value and number knowledge up to 1000.
In Art, the children have finalised their ancient Egyptian headdress, adding wonderful gems.
Additional Messages
- Our next writing project will be Information Texts. We will have examples displayed in the classroom, however it would be lovely for the children to share their own favourites, please feel free to bring them in in the new half term
- Reminder to please not bring any toys in school
