Phonics: We have revisited various spellings of different sounds to consolidate our learning so far in preparation for Year two. Please check these with your child to ensure they are secure. Perhaps choose a few and include them in some sentences.

English: This week we have been learning how information is shared, identifying features of a poster, writing sentences punctuated correctly and finally editing them.

Our final ‘Family Friday’ is on Friday 18th July in the morning at 8.35a.m. We hope to see many families to celebrate their children’s progress over the year.
